  Really good customer service but my son is looking for a car toy. The staff got our phone number they said if the car toy comes we will call you it has been 2 months I saw a kid with the car toy what my son was looking for.

  The Big W optical is the worst optometrist i find in my life. Im single mum try to save money but this place took 200 so easy from me!!!!! The frame i bought was killed me with terrible headache and i can't wear for this illness . But Rita the manager the priority for her was only the money not the customer situation. My priority is my health first because i have a toddler to see and take care.

  Big W is a great store to scout around for low priced lovely items at bargain prices - especially during the sales. The sweets section and the greeting card section are both my go to areas, Haribo sweets for $2 and the budget greeting cards for $2. Big W's Emerson clothing brand in the ladies clothing department is my favourite label,, modern designs, quality fabrics @ great prices. You can also pick up a pair of Lee Cooper jeans for $35. My favourite Big W handbags and toiletry bags are their Lyla & Co brand - worth checking out, as they are under the $30 price point.
