  Possibly the worst experience I have ever had from service staff (Naomi). Arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and patronizing beyond belief. It is little wonder this store has such poor ratings. I would give zero if I could. I have now taken my business to the city. Highly recommend the pleasant and professional staff, and beautiful surroundings. I will never spend another cent at Carindale.

  Care factor was absolute 0. 1.5hrs driving completely wasted and I won't be doing it again. The worst part? There will be no repercussions.

  I live a 45min drive away from Carindale so called the store beforehand to make sure I'd be able to get my phone replaced.

  Libby at the store was very helpful and explained everything which made it simple..ended up just replace the unit but experience was quick and easy.

  They assured me that even though all appointments were full, I'd be able to walk in and put my name on a wait list and receive a txt when they were available. I was happy to wander around for as long as it took, knowing it could be hours.

  I drive all the way over there only to get treated like an idiot. "We don't have any appointments left. I'm not sure what you want me to do" with a tone like I'm an ignorant fool for driving over when their staff specifically told me to do exactly that.
