  I took the phone into the IT shop straight away and was essentially told by the young man that he couldn't see anything wrong with the phone and that he could not issue a refund NOR fix it for me. He simply told me that Apple was wrong. He stated that the screen didn't fit properly because the phone was slightly bent??? I asked why then they would even replace a screen for me if they knew it wasn't going to fit.....I was met with a shrug and a response that he didn't do the job so it wasn't his fault!!! Long story short...my bluetooth chip is damaged to the point that I need a new phone. I am out of pockets hundreds of dollars and received absolutely no refund or at the very minimum an apology. Extremely unprofessional and very poor customer service.

  Beware when getting screen replaced!! I got my screen replaced about 2 months ago with these guys and have had trouble with my phone's bluetooth and screen clarity ever since. I took my phone into apple today to investigate the cause and turns out my new screen wasn't even put on properly - it was lifting off the phone and the clarity of colours was poor (i thought it was just my eyes but when I was showed next to another phone I realised it wasn't just me).

  Visited recently to ask for advice on charging a mobile phone. Excellent advice and they checked that a new charging cable key would fit the phone. Great Service.

  S6 battery replaced, phone faulty after replacement and screen broken during repair, currently beginning legal proceedings, no compensation or rectification being offered, very unprofessional.

  I manage a hair salon down the hallway in Carindale shopping centre, and after battling with an issue getting my internet and computer to sync for over an hour i popped down to the IT store that i know all our girls go to when they have phone issues etc. The guy who served me was so helpful and came straight up to the store with me and within a few minutes had it all fixed and up and running again, our appointment system is all online so we sync with our other stores and without this working it was going to be a disaster. I can't thank them enough for their help and getting it fixed so quickly.
