    If a company doesnt know the difference between an automatic and a Quartz watch, you know thats a Red flag. I was also told the owner would call on 2 occasions which never occurred.

    Then i was told the watch had been serviced after i said not to go ahead, and if i wanted it back they would have to strip it back.

    Disgraceful... would never get a watch serviced there. Refused to email an itemised quote, then told me my AUTOMATIC watch was damaged from the battery corroding inside. I rang 12 times asking for my itemised quote over 3.5 weeks. Not once did they return my call.
